THE INDIVIDUAL REVOLUTION
A city is not only experienced by its facades and infrastructures, but more so through their residents. They are the content that often gets lost in futuristic ideologies, even though they are the heart of such a construct. It’s made by them, for them and around them.
This work discusses what human life in a city in 100 years from now will be like. It dwells upon the idea of the positive influences machines can have on our lives, how through technical advances we are allowed more time to be humans, homo sapiens. The focus in this vision, of a peaceful cohabit of machines and humans, lies on people working towards a higher consciousness by putting forward their basic instincts.
